I´ll buy a wordpress theme, but I'm very short on time, so I need someone to help me customize the site (populate with the content, photos, maybe a little help with the final layout design, etc) and let the site up and running. I already have the domain and the hosting. Content and pictures off course will be provided.
Like I said, I'll just buy the theme, but I don't have time now to learn about the template, so after everything its set up, I think a little "induction" on the theme will be necessary (I have worked with wordpress before, so it should be a short and simple explanation on the theme particulars, so I can modify anything later).
