Appointment Reminders Website (SMS) - Wordpress theme provided

Appointment Reminders Website (SMS) Summary: Customize a word press theme and create a subscription based appointment reminder and review system that will utilize Text Messaging (SMS) and Email. It is going to be similar to websites like [login to view URL] and AppointmentSMS.com. This project is broken down into 4 major elements: 1. Website 2. Subscription / Accounts 3. Appointment Functionality 4. Review Functionality Website - Word press Theme to be provided: [login to view URL] - Customize theme to fit the website concept - Create custom slider around concept - Website will need to be hosted on Shared hosting via HostGator Subscription / Accounts - Subscription based service utilizing paypal - Subscription levels based on services to be applied to accounts - Options to upgrade or downgrade service Appointment Functionality - Functionality to add “Contacts” and create appointments for contacts. - Functionality to import CSV file (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email) - Utilize a calendar based tool to create appointments - Be able to enter basic appointment information (to be sent as a reminder) - Create option for reoccurring reminders - Schedule day/time reminder should be sent - Send SMS to client at scheduled time - SMS functionality through [login to view URL] - Limit amount of reminders to subscription levels Review Functionality - Client will provide links to review websites in account section o Google Local o Yelp o Custom other fields - Select Which Review site to send out - Select predetermined message (or custom) - Select way to send review request (Text, Email, or both) - Set time Review Request to be sent (via SMS and or email) The above is a basic overview and expectations of the project.
