Adult Wordpress Membership Site with Login/Payment

I already have Wordpress installed with the Thesis theme on an adult website. Now, I would like a Wordpress-based adult site that has some type of membership/login system, so only paying members could access exclusive videos and pictures, but everyone else could still read the blog which would be updated regularly. Also, it would need an adult-approved payment processor to handle the payments and any legal notices and/or terms required of adult sites. I prefer someone that has experience with both Wordpress and Adult sites, so please send me any previous work you have done with either.
