Loan mod website - we need to add information forms (apply now) to collect a lot of data from our clients. Including Personal information / Financial information... After the person enters his information on the online form - We need to able to accomplish 2 things. 1) Have the data collected and be submitted into our software system (we are using SX3 Loan mod Software) 2) The client should be able to print out pre-formatted documents that will be auto-filled with the info they just entered in order to sign it and fax it to us.
