Develop Website Content Maps for several websites

We are looking to develop content site maps for about 20-25 sites and compare them. Each map should include the title and the type of information on each of the sites and then we would like a comparison across the sites. This could be a spreadsheet saying which sites have which type of content. I am mainly interested in the basic website content but would also like to know if video, tours, forums, polls etc, are on the site as well.
