I need to redesign my website with variety of functions and features. In fact the site needs to be coded in a way that allows other designers to easily modify it in the future (HTLM and CSS). The system should be simple and easy to manage and the site should look professional. It needs to be made SEO friendly; PayPal payment has to be integrated (Mysql). The budget is tight, but once a bid is accepted the payment is guaranteed. Also if possible, I'd like the site designed in a way that can be edited through a back-end control panel.
