Create a New Wordpress Training Portal with Existing Theme

What I need or require: I need someone with wordpress and HTML skills to build a Training Portal website for my company using a theme i have already purchased called Oceanic. This basic 10 page website is to enable clients to visit, browse offered public trainings, book a seat and make inquiries. What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: What I already have is the content, domain name, hosting, and theme installed. What the provider will deliver is to follow/copy a sample website that i provide and some minor alterations (example of website to be built is: [login to view URL]) Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: nil Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Expertise I am seeking is someone with Wordpress website design experience, basic webpage navigation knowledge and basic seo expertise. Timeframe for delivery: I would like this project to be completed within 21 days or sooner.
