We need someone to create one file to contain the CSS for the site and then one other file containing the HTML for the site content. There will be approximately 10 pages of content, one of which will hold our ecommerce store via html. Other pages included in the site will be basic, text and image. Contact details Photo gallery Testimonials Supplied html content for contact forms etc terms and conditions links about possibly a couple more. We have more the design already created in PSD (photoshop document) The CSS layout is quite simple, none moving background image, static logo static footer column holding newsletter log in, hyperlinks, social site links such as facebook, twitter, youtube. (quite similar to the CSS layout of freelancer)
