Custom Website Template Design (Including Responsive Layout)

I need a cool and modern multi-purpose website template design with a nature and organic looking theme (no HTML template). Preferring green or yellow color schemes (or mixed).

The design must have a very modern look and should contain top menu and side menu bars (with examples how it looks like expanded) as well as sub-designs for left/right content boxes, content area, header and footer. It would be great to include some transparency effects.

In general, the design must be made in a realistic way of being implementable into HTML/CSS which I will do on my own for my website!

It must look cutting edge and making me say "Wow", otherwise I won't be satisfied.

I expect several Photoshop files, each showing how a sub-design will look like (showing all possibilities) and at least 5 of them, so I can implement it properly into HTML/CSS myself so it covers all possibilities.

The template should also include styles for tooltips, forms, lists and other usual entities of a website.

All rights of the template design will be hand over to me, including the right to use possible photos that you deliver with the template. So if you are using stock photos from somewhere, make sure you have reseller rights, otherwise I will refer to the bidder of this project in a case of dispute with the stock photo owner.

I have a pretty good overview about what is already out there. I need a custom template, no stock template that you downloaded from somewhere and try to resell to me. I will for sure ask for modifications and if I see they aren't done properly, I will have a clue that the template is from somewhere else. So better don't try to fool me.

In the biding phase, I expect some sample works that you made in the recent past. Don't send me millions of examples. 2 or 3 are enough.
