Create Wordpress Themes with our PSD

SEEKING A WORDPRESS EXPERT We need to convert PSD files into a full-functional WordPress websites. There are two projects total in this bid and could lead to a couple more projects in the future if the work relationship is good. Excellent communication is needed on this project. 1. Use PSD to create a one page template for Worpress - This template would be used for different monthly specials. We would need the ability to change out images and text content. Would also need 5 page links to redirect to the existing page on our current website. We want this to look very similar to our current website but also have the ability to add a different background when needed. A contact form would be needed in on this page for leads. 2. Use PSD to create a blog theme for Wordpress. A three column template would be great with two columns being blog entries and the third being available for plugins. We have attached a jpg of the psd file so you can see the look of what we are wanting. There would need to be some discussion before you convert. You will be provided: --PSD of home page --Access to hosting account You will be responsible for: --Splicing up the Home page PSD and saving images for web --Providing a finished copy of template files Other requirements include Footer at Bottom Optimized for Load Speed Custom Forms Please only bid if you are a WordPress expert.
