Add banners/boxes to template monster oscommerce template

I have purchased a template from template monster - #32838 and want to add in approx. 10 ad/link boxes/spaces underneath the flash already present, underneath the very bottom of the page and also into the left and right columns for future internal and external links/ads. I understand that this is not particularly difficult for someone with experience in this area. I don't want content put in I just need the boxes available and ready for inserting content in order to apply future content and ads. Hopefully the desired effect will fill the screen better on widescreen displays. Many thanks for your interest.
