DNN website modifications + build 1 registration form

Have a website which has the following issues - 1. Remove the 3 feature boxes in the content area (these are just pictures with links and not aligned) - need them to be 3 sections with 1 feature box in each section - equally spaced within the content area 2. Titles of feature boxes should be on a highlight strip 3. Images should match the titles of the respective inner pages 4. Align the footer area in line with the header and content areas.. 5. In the footer area, remove all the sections and links from the from the footer and leave only 1 line at the bottom with “2014 – (company name) – All Rights Reserved” 6. All menu items, sub-menu items and child menu items should be linked to their respective pages. Menu should be as follows ITEM 1 ITEM 2 Sub-menu item 1 Child menu-item a Child menu-item b Child menu-item c Child menu-item d Sub-menu item 2 Child menu-item a Child menu-item b Child menu-item c Sub-menu item 3 Child menu-item a Child menu-item b Child menu-item c ITEM 3 Sub-menu item 1 ITEM 4 Sub-menu item 1 Child menu-item a Child menu-item b ITEM 5 7. Social icons should be linked to their respective pages 8. Simple Registration form for Courses - to be received by a designated email address 9. Standardize the home page to DNN standards instead of just left pane, right pane and contents - make them containers 10. Convert the home-made menus to DDR menu or a menu that can be customized using DNN API (in order to populate child menus on inner pages as left menu) 11. Create a full width favicon of only the logo without the text (current issue is that half the favicon is white space) Server access and ftp access details will be provided to short-list bidders.
