Adaptation of a template

I have a problem with my website template. Please have a look at [login to view URL] • The pictures must work together • The two writings/links "Narvik Guards" delete. • The two menupoints "Kontakt" and "Impressum" must be higher directly at the top of the image in the right corner, adjustment (colour or deletion) of the mouse over effect. I think it is not a great effort. I am looking for someone with a quick, clean and easy solution to the problem. The template runs on a CMS (Typo3). Further oders of adjustments (only css) are possible.
