We require a product selection tool to be built that looks similar to the one we had developed for flowmeters previously

The tool should have the same look and feel although it will function differently. Instead of having lots of relationships, the fluid handling equipment selection tool will contain columns of data in an excel file stored on the server. The tool will display a product code at the end if the product code is contained in every answer in a series of questions.
I have provided a more detailed explanation below.
It is just a prototype at the moment and we want to have this built and if it works and functions ok then we can set up more projects in the future to add questions etc.
I have attached an excel file. This is a very simple tool and should be pretty easy to build (not time consuming).
There are 2 sheets, one for grease and one for oil. Each have a different set of questions. The way it works is. Question 1 asks what the type of fluid is (grease or oil). the tool then asks a different set of questions based on their response.
if they answer A to question 1 then it will ask the questions on the grease sheet.
In the data sheet in column A for Q1A there is a list of product codes. For each answer to a question there is a list of product codes. e.g. for Q1A it will list all of the grease product codes. for Q1B it will list all of the product codes for oil products. The next question in grease is Grease NLGI number. so each of the answers to questions is a list of product codes. If a product code is found in each answer list for the questions that are selected then at the end it will list all of the products. So if a user selects
Q1. A
Q2. A
Q3. B
Q4. A
Then the only product that it will display at the end will be P8-11
When it displays a product at the end it will display the part number and a hyperlink to a product page on the website e.g. [login to view URL]
At no stage can the tool end with no products found.
Please provide a project proposal and explain exactly what you will do to complete the project. All bids without a project proposal addressing the requirements of the project will be ignored.
