Convert a Template to a Website

I can create the site I want but there is one page that I can't do through [login to view URL] I want one page of my site to be interactive. I design and build custom pool cue cases for billiards players. I need the customer to be able to select from asix or seven drop down boxes to pick the colors of their case. For example, the customer wants a blue case with yellow handles, and green pockets. They would select the drop down boxes for each part of the case and the the blank case turns those colors. They can save their designs, submit them, and of course pay for them. I've posted this project before, but I want to look at a web person to just do that part and the parts that I can't do myself.
