Building an Interactive Simulator Site

What I Need Done: I need a site that looks similar to the look and feel of the following sites: [login to view URL] or betvie.com. Objective: The objective of the site is for users to obtain a streak of picks correctly based on the results of any given sport. The home page for this site will consist of a dynamic leaderboard in which the user with most consecutive picks in a row (“the streak”) will be placed atop the leaderboard and those with who’s streak are at 0, will be placed at the bottom. There will be multiple columns for this leaderboard, in which the user can filter at their discretion. This will be discussed in more detail after the project has been awarded. Further Explanation: In the world of sports, there is a winner and loser. However, one is usually favored against the other. A numerical number is usually assigned to person (s) and team(s), one negative number and one positive number. The positive number usually indicates the underdog while a negative number indicates a favorite. These numbers often change as people continue to bet on the underdog and favorite. If more people take the underdog, the underdogs value can move from +5 to +3 (which would indicate a 2 point increase in them being a favorite). Since both teams’ numbers (or more formally know as lines) are changing, a public APi will need to be referenced. This will be reflected when a user goes to pick who they think will win and in the leaderboard column. Current Situation: Currently, I own the domain name and have the website up with a couple pages coded in HTML. The design looks awful and needs to be re-done with lots of functionality added. I will need at least six main pages created with around 20 total pages coded. I can share more wireframe pictures moving forward. Needs: 1) Someone to help build the leaderboard 2) Include the APi reference for sports betting lines 3) Someone to include a possible gateway system (will be explained once awarded project) 4) Be able to create on-site blog posts for users 5) Design suggestions not 100% needed but appreciated. I have ideas for how I want the website to look as well Please note: there is no gambling involved with this website and no illegal activity taking place. This is simply a simulator. The payment gateway only applies to the user. CMS might be needed. Depending on if you help with website design.
