I have a site that is doing ok but I want to start a new site to focus on a specific key-phrase. This site must load fast and follow all Google recommendations including speed and user experience rules/suggestions. Site load time is very important so I want it built without any plugins or any unnecessary overhead. The site will have about 5 pages to start with. When applying for this project please let me know about how many hours it will take for you to get the site up and running with 5 pages. Also let me know some of the key Google factors that you will consider, this will help show me your understanding of what Google is looking for in a site. If this goes well I will then continue to use you to add additional pages to this site, make changes to my existing site and build additional sites.
