Build an Online Store ecommerce store front

I want simple online ecommerce store front built for me using the OPEN CART shopping cart System . I need about 100 products descriptions and pictures uploaded to my online store front manually. The pictures and product descriptions will be copied from my current store to my new site. The checkout process will follow the same simple process as other shopping carts but will not require a payment gateway. This is how the check out will go after checkout order number is generated and shown on a fresh page that contains bank payment information and full order details. This same page will be automatically sent to their email and also my email or CMS system also with a link back to another page on my site called (PAYMENT CONFIRMATION PAGE) where they we fill in their bank payment details after payment. Details like date of payment, bank teller number, total amount paid, their order number (which is very important), their phone number etc . when this form is filled he or she clicks submit and i am notified automatically of a confirmed payed order (with the order number attached and product description and quantities ordered for)via email and also via a platform on my website maybe CMS you know best. I can then go on to process the orders manually N/B: Every page that appears after checkout must automatically carry the full order details including the order number so that it will fairly easy for me to process the order without sorting through emails or my CMS systems i will give you links to the product description and images you will need to add as project begins.
