Admendments to Opencart script

I would like someone to do alteration to opencart script for [login to view URL], I am launching a Retro online Sweet store for UK customers. At the moment my open cart Script is blank which is: [login to view URL] logo is being worked on. I would like my opencart script to be different to the boring standard opencart, as this website have changed a few things, and colours : [login to view URL] PLEASE: NOTE: NOT THE SAME LAYOUT AS SWEETSFORU.CO.UK. I will add the Categories etc. I will need help with the meta keywords etc for the categories, products. Person must be able to alter the page layout and template colour background and make it different layout to open cart standard script. take a look at sweetsforu to see what they have done. and I will start site with only a few sweets then later add more. This is a easy job for someone who knows what they are doing. I will also be adding a banner on the site.
