hello, I need a design(psd) for clock app design according to the attached ppt. it is urgent so i would like to get designs as soon as possible. I am asking for offers according to the attached spec but : The attached is only sample to my need , if the freelance will do it properly i will ask for complete design project including more screens and for more mobile handsets (additional payment). Moreover i have got more projects down the road and i am looking for home designer so you can look at it as review with payment for this job :) * Its not relevant for this project but - sometimes i need the output as html files for mobile (css,js..) , i will prefer freelancers that can take it from psd to mobile web pages Tax invoice is required. Payment terms: 10% - Advance 90% - After complete the design
