Designer of secondary web pages, e-campaign, etc, ONGOING

We are a Brooklyn-based daily newspaper making the transition to a fully functioning website. (We have a website at the moment, but it's not very functional.) We are seeking a web designer who can work closely with the publisher immediately and on an ongoing basis to develop several secondary pages, such as landing pages for a variety of topics, a daily e-newsletter, and other additions as needed. We also have a working front page design that needs review for cohesiveness and branding. We would like to agree on a per-page fee. Please bid based on what might be your PER PAGE fee. This designer needs to live in New York City, preferably in Brooklyn. Please message me if you would like more information. Note: We need your design skills, not necessarily your programming skills. We are working with a data applications firm that is cataloging our archives; they will provide programming.
