Please read attached specifications carefully, because if you don't get a response from me, its because you did not read this project description in its entirety. I am willing to pay a max of $500.00 for this (FIRM) and it should consist of a max of $200.00 milestone (firm). And I am looking for some one to complete it in 3 days if possible. I am seeking someone with excellent HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills - as well as creativity. I am also looking to complete this phases as soon as possible, so i am looking for someone who will commit to this project and commit to keeping me upto date! Everyday! No exceptions! This will ensure its completed int he 3 day time period! Please do not bid 3 days if you can't complete it in 3 days! Do a good job on this phase and you will receive a bonus and the invitation to do Phase III & IV
