Looking for an artist/designer with perfect web design skills and character sketch experience is must. User Interface design experience is needed, as one page might need horizontal parallax effect. Artist should be able to draw character sketch( high priority) and must have good eyes for color. We will share a detailed requirement document with the right person. Once again don't send me generic PMB message as it will be ignored and also people with Development skills do not apply, as the priority is graphics, design and illustration. It will be a 3-4 page Web Site design with two character sketch on one of its page.
