Convert .ai file to html/css fully valid code

I have an .ai file I need converted to html/css as soon as possible - this is a second request cos the first guy I had do it made a complete mess of the job. This is the first of a regular stream of work on this same .ai file, so bid accordingly. I am looking for the lowest quote, and would like to give someone with no feedback a chance.
