Cleanup CSS and Tables Design - repost

I have 48 HTML files, each with a an HTML Table, all the HTML Files use one CSS File. I need someone to get the Tables to look Professionally Clean... review the attached screenshots. The goal is to not copy the image on the Right in the Screenshots, but to mimick them with a different Color Scheme. You may need to add some graphics to give the Table a rounded look, adjust the CSS to come up with a better color scheme that's clean and easy to read. The budget is $100 I've attached an example HTML file with the CSS if anyone wishes to provide a mockup of what they think they can do..
