Clean up & Rearrange HTML of existing web-page to improve SEO

Key tasks should include: 1) Improve SEO visibility by removing any code like java scripts and CSS to external support folders to increase Content-to-Code ratio. 2) Bring Keyword intensive elements and blocks nearer to the top of the HTML view for spiders. If possible, other non-keyword-related elements such as Google ads and the like should be placed lower down. 3) Optimize page for cross-browser compatibility and auto-centering of elements & blocks to provide a "cleaner" view on the screen.
