Basic Design work for Magento Shop

We need someone to help make some minor updates to our shop visuals. The website is: [login to view URL] What we need done: 1. The logo in the top left corner needs to be 'cleaned up' so its not so rough around the edges [login to view URL] 2. The links across the top of the page (Welcome to RoseDolls! My Account My Wishlist My Cart Checkout Log In) need a background like the menu bar below the logo (Home Products Return to main RoseDolls site Promotions FAQ Contact). This is to make the writing more visible. Preferably the bar would be semi transparent/translucent grey (i.e.e not a solid colour). This will most likely require you to access the backend of the website so we are looking for someone competent with HTML and/or any other related programming which is necessary. 3. We are also very open to other visual improvements which you can do to the site, which we will of course discuss and pay for accordingly. We are looking for someone reliable, easy to get in touch with (e.g. msn) and reasonable in pricing.
