Betfair bot required

Hi, although i'm experienced on betfair I have absolutely no idea about bots. What I'd like is a tracker for 2 specific websites and betfair. I'd like the bot to be able to scan the bookmaker site then place a bet on betfair to a set liability, but under the bookmaker price. This would only be used for 2 runner events. For example If ladbrokes is 2.4 about a selection and betfair is 2.1 to 2.5 I would like the bot to place an order to lay the selection at 2.12. If the betfair price moves to 2.2 then the bot moves to 2.22, if the betfair price moves to 2.6 the bot stays where it is etc... I would only like the bot to place the bet if the betfair liability on the best price is more than £50. If the bookie site suspends bets, then the bot will instantly cancel my betfair orders. If there is no money in the market then i'd like the bot to price up the market to 130% but both sides under the bookie price. So basically I always have a lay up on both selections(as long as the bookie has an available price) to a set liability but my price is always below the bookie price. I would be using the bot in-play and would like it to cover multiple markets at the same time if possible. Ideally i'd like to set the markets that I'd like to play in the morning - then leave the computer unattended for the day and let the bot do the work. Please let me know if this is possible.
