The application would extract data from data sources including PDF and/or company websites accessed with login and passwords. This data in standard forms would be scrapped and store into a database. Different form output would be developed using this data. Initially, this would be a desktop application based on Microsoft Access. Phase two could be a mobile app to support the form presentation and collect data and signatures.
