Art Forum Needs Major Increase in Traffic (adsense income as well)

I have a 3 month establish art and design website (forum) and i need a major increase in traffic and income from adsense. I expect CTR above 4% and CPC above $0.5 PLEASE provide a description of experience with buidling traffic and adsense income . Proof will be good as well. I’m after High Quality, Targeted Traffic - - I'm looking for at least $450/day income after 45 days. It WILL be a permanent job if you are able to deliver desired results.
