I am a full time VO working daily from my broadcast quality home studio so my turnaround time is generally very quick (2 days max for finished hour, sometimes less depending on the production schedule). As for rates, I am generally at about $300 pfh fully edited and revised for delivery or performance as requested but not inclusive of substantial script changes if they occur regularly.
