Advertisement Software for Windows, It needs to work for Firefox, IE and others.
I need software to display 720x90 banner on a users computer above the windows start bar. It also needs to open a popunder window when it detects the user is surfing the internet using Firefox, Chrome, IE and Safari. It needs to support Windows and Mac.
I want to add this .exe installer to free software out there such as VLC player, Xvid and others.
