add barcode scanner support to an excel file

We would like to add the possibility to scan articles with a barcode scanner and work with this data in excel to make delivery notes. At the moment we put in the products by hand but this is too time comsuming. Clients that are intersted in our products get a shipping with samples of our garments. They can check this samples for 10 days and then return the shipping. After we received the shipping back, we have to check if all garments we send are send back. The system should be able to: 1. Scan barcodes and make a delivery note out of a list of barcodes. 2. Scan packages back, so if a client ships the samples back, we can scan the products back and see if something is missing. Attached you find two files: 1. our actual delivery note form. 2. my idea how it could be solved in excel (I´m open to use other solutions, it as does not have to made in Excel).
