Development of Excel and VBA work

Required to create a Visual Basic application to read a list of questions from an Excel sheet. In Excel sheet there will be three sheets , with questions on them. In the first column will be the question and the columns next to it will have multiple choice answers. Application will have to pick a set number of questions from each sheet randomly and generate a questionnaire. E.g. 10 questions from sheet 1, to create section 1 of test. 10 questions from sheet 2, to create section 2 of test. 10 questions from sheet 3, to create section 3 of test. The questionnaire will then be presented to the user to answer one question at a time, allowing the user to go back and forth between questions. After the user answers the entire questionnaire, the application should provide them a mark for each section, and advise them of a failure. Thereafter it should provide in printable format , the mark achieved as well as the questions they failed to answer correctly. On acceptance of a bid, the developer will be provided: The number of sheets for that should be read from to generate the questionnaire (between 3-5). The number of questions to be pulled from each sheet to generate each section of the questionnaire. *should this proposal require dramatic changes, these will be provided up front on discussion of a final price.
