I have an Excel95 file that I would like to work with. When opening this file in Excel 2010 I receive the following error message: "Opening the VBA project in this file requires a component that is not currently installed. This file will be opened without the VBA project. For more information, search Microsoft Office Online for "VBA converters."" I have been unable to make the workbook function properly in Excel 2010. The project is to make the workbook fully functional in Excel 2010.

I believe I can fix your problem. I have downloaded your old version of excel and opened it into excel 2010 version. When I did that I got the same message as you did. But I did some research and I think I figured it out. Allow me to explain to you how to do it and if it works, only then will I request a modest compensation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
