I need someone to use CQG Trader API to program a new customized price ladder (or DOM - depth of market) with the following features:

1. record trades and show total volume traded at each price level for the whole session

2. record trades and show total volume traded so far at current inside bid/ask level as long as price stays at that level

3. (optional but great to have) customized times and sales where you combine split trades (from CME) into more comprehensive numbers

4. order and position management
