Over the years I have gained vast experiences performing different tasks such as administrative duties as manager and supervisor, customer support, email and telephone handling, telemarketing, appointment setting, internet research, sorting and analysing data and data entry. I am also very competent in working with MS Office programmes including MS Word and Excel spreadsheet and I am very good at writing reports, editing, and fixing formatting correctly in word documents.
I have a quiet office space to work, fast and reliable internet connection with reliable electricity supply, and ICT including computer to effectively complete given tasks.
