add 498 posts (that are already written) to wordpress

I want 498 posts that are already written added to my wordpress sites. I have had a custom coded system made where you can add all the posts from one login - you wont need to keep logging in and out of sites. Its pretty much of a clone of the WP add post screen, just made to save time. The posts are already written, they will be provided to you in a text file. Most of the posts will have suitable article titles. If not you can change it slightly. I will give you a spreadsheet of which of my sites each post is to go on. This will also list a url and anchor text for a link. You should paste the content in, add the link with anchor text, add the published on date, then upload a suitable image from Google images. You don't need to format/resize the image - the system I had coded deals with that, you only need to upload it (just like a normal WP, web based upload) and it will be taken care of. There are 498 posts, so please bear that in mind when bidding.
