I have more than 5 years’ experience as a call center agent wherein I worked at top call center companies in the Philippines as well as previous work experience with the San Diego Community College District and the San Diego County Marshal’s office.
In my previous work as a front line technical support representative, I was responsible for assisting various clients with hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms, troubleshoot network issues with file and printer sharing, Email – Outlook configuration as well DSL connectivity, and support home owners as well as businesses with power requirements including UPS sizing and configuration. Troubleshooting of issues was done via remote access, via first contact phone call, direct call to my private office line, email, and/or chat. Additionally I have experience in server management, active directory management, email management and backup solutions.
