Create 2 videos (one with spoken audio)

I require 2 videos for a new project, first is an intro around 20-30secs, I will only provide a logo and you make a simple video with minor sounds effects. Second one is an ad type of video 30-40 secs, I provide you with a text file explaining what has to be seen and heard + an audio file with the spoken [login to view URL] provide the visual and dubbed (female perfect english speaking voice). The project needs to be completed withing 48h after awarding. If the results are satisfying I have alot of video changing to do on a regular basis. The budget for this shouldnt be higher than 100$.
