Add word-animated introduction to existing video

On the web site at [[login to view URL]][1], there is a video below the Welcome text. The client would like to have an animated intro before the video. They would like to include some words before the video starts such as "amazing", "knowledgeable", "high standard", "pain free", "recovery", "relief", etc. We also need to have names/titles added for the 2 individuals in the video at the bottom right area of the screen. Since we don't normally do video of any kind, we would be looking to your expertise for the creative of the introduction. Also, please advise if this video needs to be converted to a Flash format, or can it stay as a video? Looking forward to hearing from you, and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Mary-Jane
