I need a short video (30-60 seconds) created. It will be a cartoon video. No dialog, just some background noise and 4 audio files which I will provide. See the attached word document for a complete explanation. The images I have included should be used a references only to give you an idea of what the four characters look like but would need to be customized. This must be completed by Friday May 31st or sooner!!!
