Data model for hotel comparison and availablility

We need to create a data model for a hotel comparison site. Tables, table structure, normalised table structure, ERD and class diagrams needed. This will be supporting 15 hotels and the system will need to show available rooms for all hotels in a given location for a time period. System does not need to talk to hotel system, availability will be updated manually by the admin. Therefore, simplifying and making the update process as painless as possible is the key to the system. i.e. the admin should be able to update by batch of rooms or hotel, not for each room instance (hotel, room type, room category, price,availability) Each hotel has: *location *rooms Each room has: *type (single,double,triple) *Category (Economy, standard, deluxe) *price(variable based on dates) *Availbility Each price has: *4 price bands (low season, mid, high, peak) Admin will needto update availability of rooms at a given hotel for a given period in time.
