The task is simple - Your primary job will be to answer emails we get from our prospects and customers in Brazil. You will log onto our support email, facebook and wordpress once every day. Work load will fluctuate and can be as little as 20 minutes on some days and an hour or more during peak times. From time to time, you will also take care of simple VA tasks in Portuguese such as proof reading, easy translations, etc. I have made the observation that there are two kinds of customer support agents. The first kind thinks their job is to "empty the inbox"... To handle all requests and check them off as "done". The second type of customer support agent makes his goal a *raving fan* customer who will recommend our services to everyone they know. He treats the people that write in as true friends rather than anonymous "customers". An easy job for the right person. :-) If you think you might be a match for this position, please tell us: 1.
