Create transcripts from audio recordings

I have 3-5 40 minute mp3 recordings that I will need turned into written transcripts in a MS Word format each month. Speech to text software will most likely not work well for these recording. I have attached a sample file for your review. We do about 20 of these calls a month and select only the best 3-5 for transcription, if the price is right we are willing to consider having them all transcribed. This is an ongoing project and there will be much future work for the right person.
