Debt Settlement Leads

We are looking for individuals / call centers / companies that can provide or generate leads for our debt settlement program. We offer debt settlement services to USA residents, so we are looking for consumers having unsecured debt of $5,000 minimum including credit cards, personal loans, car and their age should be at least 45 and more. We need 5-10 leads on daily bases, should be clean leads and have 100% contact ratio. We are willing to pay $5 to $10 per lead. (please keep in mind we are not looking for closed leads, but if you can provide us closed leads please send me a private message and we will discuss about it) Please base the bid price on per lead. We will need about 10 trial leads in order to check the quality of your leads and will grow based on your lead performance.
