Need someone have some knowledge of AIR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN Some issues to consider include (but are not limited to); • the types of Air Traffic Services to be delivered (Ground, Tower, Approach and/or Enroute) • the Ground or Satellite based Navigation and Surveillance equipment • types of Approach and Departure Procedures, SIDs and STARs • the stakeholders (e.g. ATM community) and their issues, • the balance between expedition, safety, and the rules of the air. • Possible weather problems. • the environment.
