Students form in groups (Less than 6student per group) to accomplish a project using SCRUM process. The max size of the team is 6 students per team You should select any software related project. It can be a school project from another class, or your own project as long as the final product is software. Your team is perusing a new software product from scratch. Different team member plays different roles in a scrum team, such as you might have one product owner, one SCRUM master, three developers and one qa. You have to use SCRUM process to manage the project including brainstorming ideas, prototyping, product design, development and QA. Your team should practice full SCRUM process. Following are Required in your SCRUM project You have to conduct SCRUM process Report on how does your team collect customer requirement and prioritize them, what framework do you use? What software tool do you use to store and link the requirements to your issue management tool? Report on all of following tools for both project management and source control: TestLink(for requirement tracking) JIRA(issue management) GREEN HOPPER plugin for SCRUM [login to view URL] Burndown charts tools GitHubor Bitbucket or Launchpad You should modify and improve SCRUM if necessary to address your project needs. Your final deliverables: Deliverables: a. Report: Your team should document how did you manage the whole project with SCRUM. b. Demo about your daily scrum, on all the above software tools you used in your scrum meeting and project management. You will have to show the tool trace your through at least 2 sprints, each sprint at least 1 week long. c. Slides for presentation d. Each team will give presentation in the last class.
