From our experience so far, having this kind of technologies worked upon by a single person is sometimes challenging and leaves some unseen caveats. We have excellent resources who are certified in each area that you asked and have built many enterprise class server systems. I have extensive experience working in data center environments running VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, and Cisco networking. I also hold certifications from both Cisco and VMware for networking and data center virtualization. I have also worked with Citrix a few times for select clients who chose that over VMware. From what I can see from your description, it looks as though you would like to create a proof of concept for providing some sort of hosted Exchange offering. I have over a decade of experience working in the networking, virtualization, and server realm working with small and corporate environments alike.
