Asterisk Trixbox Maintenance and Intercom Solution

The following project is for a church/school that has a fully functional asterisk/trixbox deployment that has been in place for nearly a year. I am looking for someone experienced in Linux, Asterisk, and Trixbox to take a care of a few maintenance issues and lingering projects remotely. Based on the fulfillment of the services, I am also looking for a long-term contact to take care of periodic maintenance remotely. This project includes the following. . . Restore Asterisk Box: I left our asterisk box open to port 80 for ease of access and it was hacked. It shows the symptoms of the following post on the [login to view URL] forum ([login to view URL]). I need the following work done: 1.) Backup current asterisk/trixbox settings. 2.) Restore box to pre-hacked state with backup. Setup additional IVR: We already have 2 IVRs in place (church and school). The new IVR will be for a dedicated spanish line. This IVR will not ring a physical phone. I need the following work completed: 1.) Setup a new incoming DID. 2.) Setup basic IVR (2 menu choices). Intercom and Bell Schedule: I have (39) Cyberdata IP Speakers installed and assigned static IPs on our network. The IP speakers will act as an intercom system for our school. In addition, I would like the IP speakers to function as bells. I need the following work completed: 1. Configure each speaker and assign extension. 2. Establish (8) ring groups. 3. Create a solution for the speakers to make tones that will act as bells for our school while implementing the following: a.) The bell schedule must be both date and time specific. b.) A solution that is straightforward to update for special events or half-days. c.) Two different tones to be emitted from speakers. One to act as "warning bell" and the other as the "actual bell." d.) Create (4) separate bell schedules. • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday will have a total of 31 tones. • Wednesday will have a total of 23 tones. • Sunday will have a total of 4 tones. Teleyapper 4.0: Complete setup of Teleyapper. Additional information can be found here ([login to view URL]). I need the following work completed: 1. Insatall necessary components for teleyapper. 2. Establish mySQL database calling list. 3. Tweak this install to allow for more than 10 calling lists. 4. Provide instruction to update the calling lists. Voicemail Blast: Setup approximately (10) Voicemail blast groups in FreePBX 2.4. Backup Solution: Setup and Automate daily backup of Trixbox. I am thinking this will backup to a NAS but, I will consider other options.
